Rail Safe’s Principal and Founder, Charles Leonard will be speaking at the Northeast Association of Rail Shippers Fall meeting in Portland, ME.

Leonard, whose railroad career has spanned over 43 years, most of that as a locomotive engineer in freight service, passenger service, switch engine service, work train and snow plow service, will be presenting Friday, Sept. 23^rd at 10:30am. He will be preceded by Linda Bauer Darr of the ASLRRA and the Shortline Panel and immediately followed by the All-Star Financial Panel.
